Jonathon’s areas of expertise include higher education compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), risk management, and policy development.

Jonathon has served as an educational leader across varied departments and roles at Florida State University, Cornell University, the University of Southern California, Louisiana State University, Appalachian State University, and Pacific University.
